When a celebrated Lebanese television host married at his private Los Angeles residence, we transformed his backyard into something that could only belong to Beirut. A sunken floor ballroom emerged from the garden, the kind of grand architectural gesture you find at the great weddings of Lebanon. Pistachio green was the bride's only directive — minimal, considered, alive. Lush canopies of soft greenery arched overhead while long tables dressed in warm florals in coral, peach and amber stretched toward the horizon. She wore two gowns, both extraordinary.
